Hammond National Company, Inc. has been serving the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana for over 122 years. We were established in 1882 in Hammond, Indiana and have remained in Hammond since the company’s inception. Hammond National is a fourth generation family business. Two generations of Gescheidlers are actively employed at Hammond National and hold a high regard for civic and community involvement. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated,-- like people not just another policy number. The motto “There Is No Substitute for Quality and Service” has enabled Hammond National Co., Inc. to remain stable through three different centuries and become one of the oldest agencies in Lake County, IN.
